Building a case for ROI

The strongest ROI argument isn’t about what you want to create. It’s about making the cost of the current state visible.

What to quantify today:

  • Average annual cost of active CMS vendor contracts
  • Cost of time spent on accessibility remediation
  • Number of accessibility complaints (last 24 months)
  • Cost of responding to and remediating complaints
  • Security incident response costs
  • Lag time when updating content changes and adding new features
  • Time and cost of manual workarounds
  • Cost of managing multiple vendors
